picture of

Beautiful, glossy, cherry-red color with dark reflections. Inviting aromas of cherries and blackberries with a subtle hint of spices. Rich taste of black fruit with delicate notes of black tea, violets, and a touch of sweet spiciness. Elegant yet flavorful style. Lush and well-balanced finish.

Ideal pairing for Iberico pork chop, veal fillet, chicken, or other poultry. Perfect with Asian cuisine or other spicy preparations.

climate

Willamette Valley: Moderate warm climate with protection from the surrounding mountains against cold and moisture from the ocean. The other valleys are generally located slightly to the south with slightly less temperature variation than in Willamette.

soil

63% Willamette Valley: Variation of Jory soil (Weathered volcanic soils) and more sandy loam. 14% Rogue Valley: Also known for its Jory subsoil. The rest of the grapes come from 4 different valleys, usually with Jory subsoil and occasionally more loamy sandy soils.

vinification

Carefully selected grapes from various locations in Oregon to create the most comprehensive representation of the region. Separate temperature-controlled fermentation on stainless steel. The wine then undergoes blending and further matures in a mix of 20% new French oak and 80% flavor-neutral barrels for 10 months.
