After picking, the grapes are gently pressed and the juice undergoes a maceration on its pellets, where fermentation is started in stainless steel vats. After this, part of the wine matures further in stainless steel and the rest gets an elegant wood maturation in large already used wooden barrels. After a year, the wine is bottled.
