Temperate Mediterranean climate with summers that can be very hot and dry. Winters are slightly cooler and more humid than the average for the region.

The beautiful hills around the city of Florence. Sandy soil with a lot of loam and a little clay.

vinification

After the harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and the juice undergoes a maceration on its pellets, during which fermentation is started in stainless steel vats. After this, part of the wine matures further in stainless steel and the rest gets an elegant wood maturation in large already used wooden barrels. After a year, the wine is bottled.
